To keep things clear and fair, here’s how the Scale Now Design Referral Programme works.

Eligibility

• Referrals apply only to new clients who engage Scale Now Design.

• A client can only be referred by one person, as named during onboarding.

• You cannot refer yourself, your own business, or a company you work for.

• Referrals are only valid if the client was not already in contact or active discussion with Scale Now Design.

• Referrals must be for genuine businesses or founders, at the discretion of Scale Now Design.

Eligible Work

Scale Now Design primarily works on project-based engagements and product partner work.

Projects & Engagements

• Referral commission is 5% of the total agreed project or engagement value.

• This applies only to the first paid engagement with a new client.

• Follow-on phases, extensions, retainers, or future projects with the same client are not eligible for additional commission.

Payment & Payouts

• Referral rewards become eligible once the client’s first payment has cleared.

• Commission is calculated on amounts actually paid by the client (excluding VAT).

• Payouts are made monthly, typically within the first week of the following month.

• Rewards are paid via bank transfer or PayPal.

Conflicts & Disputes

• If multiple people claim the same referral, the client’s response during onboarding will determine who is credited.

• The onboarding response is final and cannot be changed later.

• Scale Now Design’s decision on referral validity is final.

Programme Changes

• Scale Now Design reserves the right to amend or end the referral programme at any time.

• Any referrals already confirmed in writing before a change will still be honoured under the original terms.
